This is a contract position (potential for extension) within a well established global automotive institution until 31st March 2026.

What you'll contribute to

The Accounts Payable Coordinator is primarily responsible for assisting in the implementation of accounts payable policies and procedures in order to ensure that all the client's suppliers/dealers are paid within agreed trading terms with appropriate level of approval to enable business continuity whilst ensuring that legal and compliance obligations are met.

How you'll make an impact

* Supports the Accounts Payable team by providing day-to-day operational support to

the team and project groups.
* Contributes to the implementation and maintenance of agreed business processes

and procedures for the Accounts Payable team in order to achieve team objectives.

Ensures any changes to processes and procedures are accurately documented and

communicated.
* Contributes to the implementation and maintenance of agreed business processes

* Coordinates the gathering, summary and analysis of information. Prepares and

distributes reports, technical information and presentations in order to inform sound

decision making.
* Helps coordinate forums/meetings to ensure that project goals/status are clearly

communicated and understood by the team and business.

Required Skills

* Accounts receivable experience highly regarded.
* Experience in Financial Operations highly regarded.
* Experience working with MS Excel and SAP.
* High attention to detail and excellent communication skills, both written and verbally.
* Knowledge of Accounting Principals (preferred).
