Recruitment Administrator / Trainee Recruiter
Location: Blacktown | Office-Based
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm

About the Role
In this role, you'll support the recruitment team with a variety of administrative and candidate-focused tasks, including:
* Handling incoming calls and responding to general enquiries
* Entering and updating candidate information in our database
* Screening resumes and shortlisting suitable candidates
* Conducting face-to-face interviews and candidate registrations
* Supporting the Account Manager with daily recruitment activities
* Coordinating interviews, inductions, and onboarding documentation
* Providing general administrative support across the team
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
* Enthusiastic, positive, and eager to learn
* Confident with communication and enjoys working with people
* Detail-oriented with basic computer and data entry skills
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
* Experienced in office or customer service roles (advantageous, but not essential)
