The State Operations Service is responsible for the provision ofhigh-quality policing services to the regional communities of SouthAustralia; traffic policing across regional and metropolitan SouthAustralia; and for the operations of the State Operations SupportBranch.
The Local Service Area (LSA) business and administration serviceencompasses a large number of key functions to assist in themanagement of the LSA while ensuring efficient and effective use ofLSA policing resources. The Senior Business Coordinator is amulti-skilled position accountable to the LSA AdministrationManager and is responsible for supervising and coordinatingadministration activities. This includes coordinating a range ofadministration services in the finance, facilities, records, assetsand human resource functions.
The Senior Business Coordinator is responsible for supervisingand coordinating the administration services staff across multiplelocations within the LSA. The role contributes to the successfuloperation of the LSA by providing critical knowledge and judgementwhere procedures are not clearly defined to ensure administrationoutcomes.
Special Conditions
* The incumbent must hold a current Australian workeligibility status and will be subject to a criminal historycheck.
* The incumbent may be assigned to other duties at thisremuneration level or equivalent.
* Some out of hours work and intra/interstate travel may berequired.
* The incumbent is required to participate in SAPOL'siEngage program.
SalaryASO4 - $76,561 -$80,256 per annum.
