The role involves working under the guidance of our clinical team to provide person-centred care. Key responsibilities include:
* Providing care tailored to individual needs and preferences.
* Assisting with meals and refreshments.
* Accurately documenting care activities and reporting exceptions to the care plan.
* Supporting meal planning by checking daily menu requirements.
* Carrying out tasks delegated by Registered or Enrolled Nurses.
* Contributing to a clean and safe environment for residents and staff.
Requirements include a Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent, a current National Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening, strong verbal and written communication skills, and a genuine passion for care.
