As a pivotal member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer satisfaction with accuracy and professionalism.
* Process purchases and customer orders in a timely manner.
* Identify opportunities for add-on sales to customers.
* Assist in resolving customer complaints, returns and exchanges efficiently.
* Manage records, including data entry and tracking product shipping.
* Support the stores department as required.
* Perform reception duties as necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need:
* Minimum 12 months administration/customer service experience.
* Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
* Dynamics 365 experience is highly desirable.
* Adaptable and process-driven approach to work.
* Ability to market and sell technical products and interpret technical data.
* Preference given to degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, Economics, Engineering or Agriculture.
