We are now seeking an experienced Senior Property Consultant to lead and deliver tenant representation and portfolio advisory services for corporate and government clients. This role is ideally suited to a commercially astute professional looking to build a long-term career in independent, tenant-side advisory. You will work on complex transactions, strategic portfolio decisions, and high-level stakeholder engagements - where your expertise, judgement, and advice genuinely shape client outcomes.
ResponsibilitiesTenant Representation & Transactions
* Lead end-to-end "stay vs go" assessments, including requirements briefs, property inspections, option analysis, and strategic recommendations.
* Develop and execute negotiation strategies, including Heads of Agreement, commercial terms, incentives, risk positions, and stakeholder management.
* Coordinate with legal advisors, fit-out/project consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless transaction delivery.
* Support property disposals, acquisitions, and associated land dealings as required.
Portfolio & Lease Advisory
* Manage portfolio and lease administration, including critical dates, obligations, governance requirements, and reporting.
* Develop property strategies, business cases, and recommendations aligned with clients' operational and financial objectives.
* Undertake market research, including evidence gathering, comparable analysis, and insight-led advice.
* Prepare clear, well-structured, decision-ready reports and client-facing deliverables.
Who we are looking for
* Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in commercial valuation and commercial property management.
* Current Sales and Leasing Real Estate Representative Licence/Registration (WA).
* Strong working knowledge of commercial leases, including interpretation, risk awareness, and key commercial clauses.
* Demonstrated negotiation capability, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
* Excellent written communication skills, particularly in preparing professional reports and client-ready deliverables.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, including financial analysis, modelling, and reporting.
* Experience working with Crown Land matters and/or familiarity with the Communications Act and Public Works Act - highly regarded.
