Gforce recruitment is teamed up with a reputable builder in Ballarat, and they are on the lookout for an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team on a full‐time permanent basis.
In this role, you will be the go‐to person overseeing the day‐to‐day delivery of exciting commercial projects ($2 million – $5 million +) making sure everything runs to a high standard, stays on track, and meets all safety and regulatory requirements.
About you
* Over 5 years of hands‐on experience as a Construction Project Manager or in a similar leadership role in the construction or commercial space
* Comfortable running projects from kick‐off to completion, including coordinating sub‐contractors and different trades
* Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and relevant building regulations
* Strong problem‐solver who can think on their feet and come up with practical, workable solutions
* Proven ability to keep sites safe, compliant, and up to a high standard of quality
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, stakeholders, and the construction team
