Job Overview:
This role is an opportunity to develop skills and expertise in solution design, software support, and data integration.
Key Responsibilities:
* Interpret customer requirements and collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to implement change and contribute to solution design
* Maintain and support a range of software packages and associated Vendor relationships
* Maintain user operational reports based on MS Reporting Services ensuring efficiency, reliability and effectiveness
* Maintain data integration/migration between systems
* Conduct research and make recommendations on technology products, processes and techniques
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Relevant educational background to degree or equivalent level
- Solid SQL skills applied in designing, building, installing, configuring, tuning, managing access, for MS SQL Server environments and SSRS Reports
- Significant experience working with Microsoft Office, Visio, and Project toolsets
- Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities
Desirable Qualifications:
- Qualification in Microsoft technologies
- Experience working with Project Management and ITIL techniques and philosophies
- Experience implementing/ supporting SharePoint & Office 365 based systems
- Experience working in the airline industry
