We want you to join the excitement at the Saints as our Commercial Partnerships Manager on a 10‐Month, fixed‐term contract. Description
Reporting to the Head of Commercial Partnerships, the Commercial Partnerships Manager is responsible for leading the day‐to‐day servicing, delivery and retention of the Club's partner portfolio. The role ensures sponsorship commitments are executed to a high standard across match days, events and club programs.
About The Role
* Lead the end to end servicing of allocated partner accounts, ensuring all contractual entitlements are delivered accurately and on time.
* Act as the primary point of contact for partners, building strong, trusted relationships to support retention and renewal.
* Identify and progress incremental commercial opportunities within accounts, escalating where appropriate to maximise value.
* Plan and deliver partner activations across match days, events, digital platforms and club initiatives to ensure seamless execution of sponsorship deliverables.
* Coordinate cross functionally with internal departments to drive high quality delivery and partner satisfaction.
* Brief partners on upcoming club events, campaigns and engagement opportunities to optimise exposure and impact.
* Manage servicing budgets for allocated accounts with sound financial oversight and accurate reporting, including post activation summaries.
* Support broader commercial initiatives such as Super Draw, auctions and major club events through partner engagement and prize sourcing.
* Provide day‐to‐day leadership, coaching and workflow oversight for the Commercial Partnerships Coordinator, fostering a collaborative and accountable team environment aligned with club values.

What You Need Mandatory
* Minimum 3 years' experience in account management, sponsorship servicing or commercial partnerships.
* Demonstrated experience managing commercial budgets and revenue targets.
* Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholder programs simultaneously.
* Strong commercial acumen and negotiation capability.
* Current Working with Children's Check and Driver's Licence.
Desirable
* Experience within the AFL or elite sporting environment.
* Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Marketing or a related discipline.
* Experience delivering integrated digital and match‐day activations.
