Title: Dry Boat Storage Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform administrative tasks, including distributing mail, ordering supplies and stocking them, answering phones and greeting visitors.
2. Assist management with clerical tasks related to accounting, payroll, receiving, human resources, filing, data entry, record review and maintenance.
3. Greet customers, clients and employees, answer inquiries or direct calls as necessary.
4. Maintain office memos and informative postings.
5. Operate technology, systems and software such as voicemail systems, copy/scanners, personal computers and MS Office.
Job Requirements
* Prior administrative experience is preferred.
* The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Microsoft applications, including but not limited to: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
* Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, accuracy and attention to detail.
* Frequently perform repetitive motions with hands and/or arms.
