Multidisciplinary Team Support
You'll be part of a passionate multidisciplinary team, including:
* Accredited Mental Health Social Worker
* Allied Health Assistants
* Dietitian
* Early Intervention Therapists
* Key Workers
* Occupational Therapists
* Physiotherapists
* Psychologists
* Speech Pathologists

What You'll Be Doing
You'll support children aged 1–12 years with a variety of neurological, developmental and behavioural conditions including developmental delays, autism, ADHD, Down Syndrome, motor coordination challenges and communication challenges.
You will work in children's everyday environments, including homes, schools and kindergartens as well as in our welcoming clinic. You will:
* Collaborate with families to set meaningful goals
* Undertake assessments and provide interventions
* Co-facilitate group programs with other team members
* Maintain high-quality documentation aligned with NDIS and organisational standards
* Contribute to NDIS reports, IEPs and team meetings with families and educators

What You'll Need (Key Selection Criteria)
1. Qualifications and Registrations
* Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
* Eligibility for Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) registration
* Valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle
* Working with Children Check
* NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or ability to obtain)
2. Skills and Attributes
(Speech Pathology)
· Foundational knowledge of paediatric speech, language, and communication disorders
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with children, families and wider support networks (including schools, early childhood education settings, other therapists)
3. Commitment to Development
* Enthusiasm for participating in the Early Career Program and ongoing professional development
* Eagerness to work within a multidisciplinary team
* Commitment to engaging in reflective practice and seeking continuous improvement
Experience with children is a bonus but enthusiasm, curiosity, and a growth mindset are essential
