Job Description
Your Impact:
* Conducting thorough Occupational Therapy assessments, including activities of daily living, home, worksite, functional, ergonomic, and equipment evaluations.
* Developing and implementing effective rehabilitation plans through assessments relevant to your discipline.
* Crafting intervention programs using occupation to enhance functional performance, independence, and work capacity.
* IDentifying barriers and designing, implementing, and monitoring programs that support individuals to achieve maximum work participation.
* Understanding various healthcare and rehabilitation funding schemes and empowering clients to attain their wellness and recovery objectives.
* Liaising with clients, family members, funding bodies, medical practitioners, employers, and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
Qualifications
You Will Bring:
* Australian-recognised degree qualification in Occupational Therapy and AHPRA accreditation.
* A willingness to learn and positively impact people's lives in tangible ways.
* The ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey.
* A commitment to delivering high-quality customer service to clients and customers.
* Willingness to work in the community (must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle).
* Current or ability to obtain a Working with Children Check and Police Clearance.
