The Opportunity Sharp & Carter are partnering with a highly regarded global organisation to recruit an experienced Electronic Billing Coordinator on a permanent full-time basis. This role sits within a large, collaborative finance team and plays a key part in supporting billing operations across the APAC region. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced E-billing professional who thrives working in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment and is eager to contribute to process growth, improvement and overall success within a complex international business. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end E-Billing processes, ensuring accurate and timely invoice submission. Resolve billing issues with internal teams and external client contacts. Maintain and update client billing information and track system activity. Support onboarding of new clients and document processes. Identify opportunities to streamline operations and enhance efficiency. Skills & Experience Experience in E-Billing, finance, or billing operations, preferably in legal or professional services. Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
