Hotel: Sorrento Mornington Peninsula (MELST), 23 Constitution Hill Road, 3943The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the performance of the distribution channel strategy. This strategy aligns with the hotel stay brand, loyalty brand, and outlet marketing strategies to achieve low-cost direct booking revenue, market share growth, and enhanced brand preference.The role involves driving channel performance through managing social media best practices, advising on optimized hotel marketing content, and ensuring the integrated use of existing and new IHG tools, platforms, and systems. It also includes overseeing compliance, management, and performance across Websites (WEB), Central Reservation Offices (CRO), Global Distribution Systems (GDS), and Online Travel Agents (OTA) to boost revenue through direct, low-cost system contributions. Key Responsibilities Create impactful content, events, and stories to influence public perception.Develop and adapt original concepts to meet market demands, reflecting brand values.Utilize analytics and data insights to evaluate activity success and optimize marketing efforts.Maintain current and accurate online media content through regular digital audits.Oversee the development and execution of hotel PR, media, and influencer plans.Design and promote key hotel events, especially during peak periods.Produce on-brand copy for all digital content. Candidate Requirements Ability to develop and execute digital marketing strategies and content plans.Proven experience in digital marketing roles.Experience managing SEO/SEM, email campaigns, social media, and display advertising.Creative with a strong understanding of target audience engagement strategies.Skills in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.Knowledge of web analytics tools like Google Analytics.Experience with Google Adwords setup and optimization.Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.Up-to-date with latest online marketing trends and best practices.Ability to adopt a full-channel approach to digital marketing, managing hotel channels, content, and performance.
