The Role This is a full-time position based in Melbourne, working Sunday to Thursday alongside the Store Manager. You are the person who brings the plan to life on the floor, every shift, whether the Store Manager is there or not. Day to day, you will be: Leading the floor and setting the tone on every shift you run Developing your team through specific, in-the-moment feedback and coaching Owning the induction experience for new team members from day one Holding the visual standard for product placement and store presentation Managing stock with precision, including shrinkage, stocktake, and floor levels Resolving customer concerns with confidence and turning them into learning moments for the team Running briefings with conviction, whether the Store Manager is present or not Sharing real-time observations and insights back to the Store Manager with your own read on what they mean Making confident, considered decisions within the framework you and the Store Manager have set together Who We're Looking For You are the right person if you bring genuine leadership energy, not just experience.
