ROLE IN A NUTSHELL
As a Casual Retail Assistant at Elka Collective at our Bourke Street store, you'll be the face of our brand-welcoming customers, providing styling advice, and delivering an exceptional in-store experience. You'll assist with day-to-day operations including sales, stock management, and maintaining a clean, inspiring space. This role suits someone with a passion for fashion, great communication skills, and a flexible, can-do attitude.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
* Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience
* Assist customers with product selections and offer styling advice
* Maintain store appearance, ensuring it's clean, organized, and visually appealing
* Handle transactions efficiently and accurately at the register
* Stock and replenish merchandise, ensuring product availability
* Support store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising
* Work as part of a team to meet sales targets and store goals
ABOUT YOU
* Passion for providing style advice to make a difference in our customers lives and make their day!
* Experience in a customer facing sales/retail role in a team environment
* Able to commit to a shift pattern& some flexibility to assist in peak trade periods
* You can adapt your selling style to meet the needs of the customer in front of you
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
