Job Description
Lead and manage complex projects within the Clients Program.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align project objectives with organisational goals.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines and resource allocation.
Monitor project progress and address potential risks or delays proactively.
Ensure compliance with public sector policies and standards throughout project execution.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status and milestones.
Oversee project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and cost control.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Project Manager should have:
Proven experience in end-to-end project management within non-tech related projects such as; Capability uplift, HRIS, D&I, Leadership
Proven Stakeholder enablement skills
Project Management accreditations
Ability to come at least 3 days to the Geelong office
What's on Offer
FTC contract for 3 years in total (starting at 12 months)
Salary of 145,000 to 154,000 + superannuation
