Senior Workforce Scheduler

THE POSITION
1. Lead and facilitate required training with skills assessment and future planning, for any mobilisations and growth in the Urban business.
2. Work closely with the commercial team for all casual pool cost allocations for each period end.
3. Delivery and on-boarding of standards into existing teams and new business mobilisations.
4. Future planning for growth areas.
5. Liaise with mobilisation manager, bid team and operations to understand and plan for future casual pool requirements.
6. Ensure timely, cost effective and quality delivery of services to operations teams through efficient utilisation of casual pool resources.
7. Responsible for shift filling across casual pools.
8. Implement and review a retention strategy of the casual pool teams.
9. Build and maintain positive relationships with all relevant stakeholders and internal casual pool teams.
10. Workforce planning and task delegation across the casual pool team.
11. Provide guidance and coaching to casual pool recruitment advisors.
12. Provide forecasting to Casual Pool Recruitment Advisors for future growth areas and recruitment requirements.
THE PERSON
13. Previous experience in rostering or scheduling in fast-paced, high-volume environment.
14. Experience in hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
15. Strong scheduling experience is required
16. Client/Stakeholder management
17. Highly developed administration skills
18. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to the highest levels of customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
19. Ability to manage time effectively with often competing with rapidly changing priorities whilst ensuring quality outcomes.
