BAM BAM BAKEHOUSE is seeking a full-time Senior Pastry Chef to work alongside our world-class Head Pastry Chef. Free meals, vibrant atmosphere and the opportunity to be part of a renowned pastry team. 
Responsibilities 
Collaborate with the Head Pastry Chef in the day-to-day running of a busy Pastry section. 
Support production of pastries at a high standard using premium ingredients. 
Maintain precise and efficient piping skills as part of daily operations. 
Qualifications 
Strong background in baking and croissant production (a formal qualification and at least 2 years' experience at an equivalent establishment required). 
Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with the Head Pastry Chef. 
Full working rights in Australia. 
Schedule & Advantages 
4 days per week, including weekend work. Shifts begin at 4 am and finish by 2 pm; ideal for an early riser who desires free afternoons & evenings. This position offers free meals and a vibrant workplace environment.
