Job Title: Infrastructure Development Expert

Key Responsibilities:
* Designing Engineering Solutions: You will be tasked with designing engineering solutions that meet organizational and regulatory standards.
* Engineering Standards Specification: Contribute to the analysis of information, drafting of engineering standards and specifications, and evaluation of the effectiveness of those standards within own engineering discipline.
* Project Management: Deliver small- or medium-scale projects while working within an established program management plan.
* Process Design Engineering: Analyze information and specify methods and process steps for designing and continuously improving manufacturing or materials processes and process systems.
* Contract Management: Manage day-to-day relationships with contract service providers while working within an established contract management plan.
* Product and Solution Development: Define and deliver products and services that meet customer needs by selecting the best approaches available within established systems.
* Knowledge Management System: Work within established knowledge management systems to deliver preset outcomes for an area of responsibility.
* Personal Capability Building: Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities, formal and informal training, and coaching.
* Engineering Inspections: Carry out inspections to evaluate the quality of engineering works and/or integrity of existing installations or structures, specifying remedial works needed to ensure conformance with specifications and regulatory requirements.
* Improvement/Innovation: Identify shortcomings in existing processes, systems, and procedures, using established change management programs to address them.
