Your new role
As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing, coaching, and motivating a team of Sales Estimators, ensuring they achieve and exceed their targets. You will develop sales strategies, oversee lead generation, and refine processes to enhance performance and conversion rates. Key Responsibilities:
