Overview
Remote Systems Support Analyst – MTI (Maintenance Technology Institute) at Monash University. The role provides analytical and technical support to MTI’s client base, ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and ongoing enhancement of tier-one support services. Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with relevant guidelines, standards, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with teams to support on-site and remote tasks as needed, including shift work in accordance with project task requirements.

Remuneration and Terms
Remuneration: $83,424 - $95,825 per annum HEW Level 05 (plus 17% employer superannuation). This is a full-time, 12-month fixed-term appointment with potential for extension and/or renewal. A competitive package includes base salary, 17% superannuation, commuted overtime allowance, travel support and other provisions.
Additional Details
Location: Clayton campus. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. The role requires current valid work rights for Australia. Some flexible working arrangements may be negotiable, with on-site duty as required by project task requirements.
