Job Description
The Operational Support Officer is a critical role within our organization, responsible for providing administrative support to various teams.
This position involves delivering timely and effective administrative services across a range of functions, including client engagement, case work, finance management, fleet and stationery management, transport arrangements, and report management.
The successful candidate will be required to support the Operations team with client engagement and case work, as well as process and manage invoices, expenses, vouchers, and petty cash for the Finance Team.
In addition, they will assist the Transport and Supervision Team with arranging transport for clients, recording and collecting data, and managing reports.
Furthermore, this role will involve supporting the Workforce Support Team with recruitment and selection processes, new starter on-boarding, facilities matters, staff monitoring, and business continuity.
We are looking for an individual with experience in a community services environment, proficiency in Microsoft Office products and database systems, and a current driver's licence.
A prior registration issued under the Working with Vulnerable People (Background Checking) Act 2011 is also required. We reserve the right to conduct educational, suitability, and professional qualification checks prior to employment.
