We are seeking a Head of Marketing to provide strategic leadership across our regional marketing function. This role will guide and elevate marketing across Australia and New Zealand, ensuring our brands and retail experiences remain best-in-class in the markets we serve. About the Role

Reporting to the executive leadership team, the Head of Marketing will provide oversight and strategic direction across marketing activity for the region. You will work alongside a highly experienced team of brand and marketing specialists, providing leadership, alignment and strategic clarity to ensure marketing activity is integrated, commercially impactful and reflective of our brands DNA. This role focuses on driving excellence across the marketing function, strengthening collaboration across retail, ecommerce and wholesale channels, and ensuring our brands continue to lead in culture, community and customer experience. Key responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership and oversight of marketing across Australia and New Zealand Partner with brand marketing teams to ensure alignment with global brand direction while maximising regional relevance Drive best-in-class integrated marketing execution across retail, ecommerce and wholesale channels Collaborate closely with retail and ecommerce teams to enhance the customer experience and support commercial growth Ensure marketing strategies effectively support store performance and retail brand presence Identify opportunities to elevate marketing capability, innovation and performance across the team Manage regional marketing priorities, investment and performance measurement Foster a collaborative culture that enables experienced teams to perform at their best What You Bring

You are a strategic and collaborative marketing leader who knows how to bring experienced teams together around a shared vision. Rather than managing every campaign, you focus on setting direction, elevating capability and ensuring marketing activity delivers meaningful commercial impact. Significant experience in a senior marketing leadership role (Head of Marketing, Marketing Director or similar) Experience leading marketing within consumer, retail or lifestyle brands Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing across retail and ecommerce environments Proven ability to lead and align multi-disciplinary marketing teams Strategic thinking combined with strong commercial acumen Ability to build strong partnerships across executive leadership, retail and global brand teams An appreciation for action sports, lifestyle or youth culture brands About Us
