Your new role
Reporting to the CFO, you will be responsible for managing and supporting the finance team. You will coach and develop team members, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. This position is responsible for monitoring performance metrics, ensuring KPIs and service standards are consistently met, managing operational workflows, including rostering, escalations, and resource allocation and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to implement strategic initiatives and drive operational excellence.

* Proven experience in team leadership or operational management, ideally in a service delivery or customer-focused environment.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and influence.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
* Experience with performance management, coaching, and staff development.
* Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
