Project Management Role
As a seasoned project manager, you will be responsible for leading multiple pharmacy development and fit-out projects across metro and regional Australia.
This includes managing internal stakeholders, contractors, budgets, timelines, compliance, and change management—ensuring every store opens on time and aligned with business goals.
* Plan, manage, and deliver multiple projects simultaneously
* Coordinate internal teams, contractors, and suppliers from concept to completion
* Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, and budgets effectively
* Oversee site works, compliance, quality assurance, and risk mitigation processes
* Communicate clearly with stakeholders through regular updates and meetings
* Ensure regulatory compliance across all project stages
* Conduct post-project reviews and drive continuous improvement
* Support change adoption using structured methodologies
