Biodiversity Conservation Specialist
As a key member of our invasive species management team, you will contribute to effective delivery of biosecurity programs in Tasmania.
This role combines scientific expertise with rugged fieldwork, requiring you to manage and control invasive species in some of the state's most remote areas. You will provide technical guidance, oversee data collection and project coordination, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver effective environmental outcomes.
* We are seeking an individual with strong scientific knowledge and analytical skills.
* A degree in a relevant field such as biology, ecology or conservation is essential.
* Experience in fieldwork, data analysis and stakeholder engagement is highly desirable.
