About The Role And Team
We have an exciting opportunity for a Legal Assistant to join our growing General Insurance section based in our Adelaide office, on a permanent full‐time basis. This role provides administrative support to the General Insurance team and is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly and fast‐paced team.
Responsibilities
* Telephone handling for the team.
* Managing client file maintenance for the team.
* Coordinating incoming and outgoing correspondence.
* Drafting documentation as required.
* Other ad‐hoc administration duties as required.
About You
* Minimum of one year of legal assistant experience within a law practice.
* Strong organisational skills.
* Team player.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Experience in using client‐management programs (Aderant desirable but not required).
* Experience in using document‐management systems (iManage10 desirable but not required).
