Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Desktop Support Engineer, located in Albury. The Desktop Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for desktop computers, printers, and hardware. Day-to-day tasks will include installing and configuring computer hardware, diagnosing hardware issues, and providing printer support. The engineer will work closely with users to ensure swift resolutions and excellent support experiences.
Qualifications
* Experience with Desktop Computers and Computer Hardware
* Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
* Knowledge in Printer Support
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
* Relevant certifications in IT or related fields are advantageous
* Prior experience in a similar role is desirable
