We are partnering with a highly regarded financial services organisation seeking a Product Analyst to join a growing team responsible for driving product performance, operational excellence, and strategic initiatives across banking and payments products.
In this role, you will:
* Support the ongoing management and enhancement of banking and payment products
* Analyse product performance and identify opportunities for improvement
* Partner with Risk, Compliance, Operations, Legal and Technology teams to deliver key initiatives
* Contribute to strategic projects, product launches and remediation activities
* Support process optimisation, controls uplift and customer experience improvements
* Participate in testing, change management and business transformation activities
About You
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
* High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
* Experience in banking, financial services, consulting, audit, business analysis, operations or technology environments
* Passion for product management, continuous improvement and delivering customer outcomes
* Degree-qualified in Business, Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Technology or a related discipline
