This project will strengthen wharves, install massive piles, and construct heavy‑duty slabs and pavements in preparation for one of the most significant offshore transitions in decades, and this project is the foundation that makes it possible.

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead and manage all procurement and supply chain activities, ensuring goods and services are sourced at the best value, delivered on time, and aligned with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the full procurement lifecycle including tendering, evaluation, negotiation, contract award, and supplier performance management.
* Develop and implement procurement policies, procedures, and systems for efficiency and compliance.
* Lead supplier sourcing, qualification, onboarding, and ongoing management across all categories.
* Collaborate with project managers, construction teams, and estimators to forecast demand and maintain schedules.
* Negotiate pricing and terms to achieve cost savings without compromising quality or timelines.
* Monitor supplier performance for delivery accuracy, quality, and compliance.
* Maintain and report on procurement budgets, savings, and risk mitigation strategies.
* Identify opportunities for innovation, smarter sourcing, and automation.
About You
Essential Qualifications & Experience
* Tertiary qualifications in QA, Engineering, Business Analysis, or similar.
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a procurement management role within construction or infrastructure projects.
* Strong negotiation skills and proven ability to deliver cost savings and commercial benefits.
Skills & Attributes
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* High level of analytical aptitude and ability to simplify complex processes.
* Proficiency in MS Office and procurement systems.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
