About the Role
This is an outbound and inbound phone-based role where you'll be speaking with warm leads from business owners who have applied for funding to brokers. Your role is educate the customer on product options, and walk them through the application and approval process when required. You will also liaise with brokers for referral business.
You'll need to be organised, commercially minded, and driven by targets and closing sales..
Key Duties:
* Outbound calling leads, qualify, and consult clients on lending options
* Explain lending products and guide business customers through the sales and application process
* Meet daily activity and sales KPIs
* Manage your sales pipeline effectively - utilising the sales CRM - Zoho
* Collaborate with credit assessors and relationship managers to get deals across the line
* Build rapport with finance brokers
Applicant Requirements:
* Previous experience in telephone sales & lending (business lending - highly regarded)
* Confident phone manner with excellent communication skills
* A hunger to achieve targets and earn commission
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Comfortable using CRM systems and managing your own pipeline
