The Role Based in our office in Balcatta, we're looking for a Recruitment Consultant (mid–senior level or experienced recruiter) to join our team and take ownership of a busy desk across construction and trades. This role will suit someone who wants either:
* a strong desk to grow and develop further, or
* an opportunity to step into more ownership, autonomy, and leadership depending on experience
You'll be responsible for:
* Managing end-to-end recruitment (sourcing through to placement)
* Building strong relationships with clients and site managers
* Growing and maintaining your own client portfolio
* Sourcing high-quality trades, labour and technical candidates
* Conducting interviews and site-based engagement
* Working closely with hiring managers to fill urgent roles quickly
* Achieving placement and revenue targets
About You You'll thrive here if you are:
