Key Responsibilities:
* Drive revenue growth, boost profitability, and expand market share in the cruise sector by working closely with internal teams and suppliers to deliver compelling products, execute go-to-market strategies, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
* Owning the product, revenue, margin, and growth targets for the Cruise vertical, using data and insights to shape strategy and maximise profitability.
* Developing and implementing new products, sales, pricing, and promotional strategies that drive conversion, with a strong focus on high-performing campaigns.
* Cultivating strong relationships with cruise line partners to secure exclusive offers and support joint marketing initiatives.
* Working cross-functionally with product, tech, operations, and marketing teams to deliver a seamless and engaging end-to-end cruise journey.
