Reporting
Reporting directly to the Construction Manager, this position will see you working as a Site Supervisor managing residential home builds.
Skills & Experience
* QBCC Site Supervisors license, must have had held your license for 12+ months
* Construction Induction Safety Card
* Trade/Construction Background
* Current Driver's License
Duties & Responsibilities
* Construct high-quality homes in alignment with approved plans, specifications, and company construction policies within agreed-upon timelines.
* Oversee daily scheduling, management, and coordination of on-site trades, suppliers, deliveries, and the timely completion of administrative tasks.
* Uphold adherence to correct building practices and procedures throughout the construction process.
* Safeguard site safety and cleanliness, prioritising a secure and organised work environment.
* Monitor and ensure that all work meets satisfactory standards, maintaining a commitment to quality.
* Enforce and comply with occupational health and safety regulations to guarantee a secure working environment.
* Participate in monthly construction meetings for effective communication and project coordination.
