Lead Oncology Prescribing Systems at Logan Hospital
Metro South Health is seeking an experienced Advanced Pharmacist to join the Pharmacy Department at Logan Hospital in the role of POIMS System Manager. This permanent part-time HP5 position (38 hours per fortnight) provides advanced clinical oncology pharmacy services while leading the configuration, governance and optimisation of the Pharmacy Oncology Information Management System (POIMS), supporting safe, high-quality cancer care across the health service.

In this advanced role, you will combine expert clinical oncology pharmacy practice with leadership of POIMS to support safe electronic prescribing and optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Include
Delivering advanced clinical oncology pharmacy services and consultancy with a high level of independent professional judgement.
Leading the configuration, maintenance and optimisation of POIMS (currently CHARM), ensuring safe and effective system use.
Acting as a clinical reference point for POIMS, providing expert advice.
About You
You are a highly skilled oncology pharmacist with strong clinical expertise, leadership capability and experience in digital health systems.
