The Role:
As Innovation & Project Delivery Lead, you'll play a key role in bringing new ideas to life across OTR Group. You'll support the design, execution, and roll out of innovation projects that enhance customer experiences, fast-track new concepts to market, and deliver initiatives that excite our guests.
Responsibilities:
In this role, you'll manage the end-to-end delivery of innovation trials and projects. From engaging stakeholders and suppliers, to overseeing timelines, budgets, and quality, you'll ensure successful execution and scale-up of new concepts. You'll also track performance, capture learnings, and work closely with site teams to embed innovations seamlessly into operations.
You Will Provide:
* End-to-end project management of innovation trials, ensuring projects meet time, cost, quality, and safety objectives.
* Collaboration with suppliers, category teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to bring new ideas to life.
* Engagement with central and site operations to ensure teams are trained, informed, and equipped for trial execution.
* Tracking and reporting on trial outcomes, providing feedback and post-implementation reviews.
* Commercial input, including feasibility assessments, supplier negotiations, and success factor setting.
* Agility in adapting trial plans based on early results, and speed to scale successful initiatives.
* Clear exit strategies for unsuccessful trials, with insights on lessons learned.

About You:
* Proven project management skills, with strong time management and organisational abilities.
* Agility and adaptability in a fast-moving environment.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Commercial acumen with experience in supplier negotiations and feasibility assessments.
* Cross-functional leadership experience.
* Experience in convenience retail and QSR environments, including store operations, customer experience, and operational efficiency across forecourt, in-store, and food service formats.
