Our Melbourne team, with our office based in Clayton, is looking to grow with a suitably qualified Level 2 Technical Services Officer position in our Service Department.

About the opportunity:
* Provide onsite and remote technical support
* Provide escalation assistance to Technical Service Team - Level 2.
* Undertake setup, installation, and onboarding tasks for new and existing projects for customers as assigned.
* Complete documentation of solutions, environments, and processes for new and existing clients.
* Utilise the systems available for effective delivery of projects including CW Manage, Automate, Control, ITGlue, Keepass
Required Skills:
* Experience with Windows Server and Active Directory
* Experience with Office/Microsoft 365 Administration
* Experience with Remote Desktop
* Experience with LAN/WAN networking
Skills Desired but not essential:
* Experience Deploying Windows Server and Windows Server Technologies
* Experience with Virtualisation Technologies
* Experience with Microsoft Azure
* Experience with more advanced networking (802.1q, 802.1x, dynamic routing etc)
* Experience with firewalls (creating/editing rulebases, remote access and site to site VPNs)
* Experience with IP Telephony
* Experience with desktop presentation – Microsoft RDS or Citrix Virtual Apps
