This next-generation platform will leverage pre-configured business processes, optimized workflows and AI-powered automation to streamline operations, accelerate digital capability deployment, and elevate customer experience across our global dealer network.We are seeking a delivery-focused**Regional Deployment Manager****(APD)** to lead a team of Deployment Consultants supporting Caterpillar Dealers and their selected System Integrator to deploy our Dealer ERP Template and the Annual Deployment Plan for Dealers with in the Asia Pacific region. This high-impact role is part of a newly launched strategic initiative and will serve as a delivery orchestrator, aligning teams to program objectives, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring consistent, high-quality outcomes through scaled Agile practices. The Annual Deployment Plan supports the selected required and pilot deployments for all dealers, this role will lead Deployment Consultants that will work with dealer to gain commitment to deliver requested deployments and liaison with dealers oversee the successful deployment completions on time. Managing the day-to-day activities of existing Caterpillar Deployment consultants and their ongoing Dealer Deployment projects both for **ERP Cat Dealer Template** and **Annual Deployment Plan (ADP),** including overseeing project responsibilities and schedules.
