Customer Service Representative
We're excited to offer a dynamic customer service opportunity to join our team at Science Space, the University of Wollongong's flagship public science facility.
This role involves providing exceptional customer experiences to visitors, answering inquiries, and resolving issues in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
* The ideal candidate will be passionate about science, thrive in customer-facing environments, and have excellent communication skills.
* Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about exhibits and programs.
* Assist with event planning and coordination, including setup and teardown.
* Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and revenue targets.
* Customer service experience, preferably in a museum or science center environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
