News Corp are currently seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team on a parental leave cover for 10 months.
This position sits within our Performance & Planning, Subscriptions side of the business and focusing on management of all CORE publications (TAUS, Metros, Regionals, TWT) and leading these campaigns to market. You will deliver best-in-class campaign planning, development, and go-to-market strategies for all customer marketing campaigns. You will also be responsible for:
- Offer set up, terms and conditions, customer journey, shopfront change out, media and creative, ensuring legal compliance, proof points, and product information.
- Oversee offer operations to ensure offers are available in the correct channels and sales channels (shopfront and call center) are activated for all core brands.
- Act as the call center lead for all offer operations and activity.
- Leverage campaign analytics and insights to provide informed customer marketing strategy recommendations.
- Report on campaign performance for all core brands and provide insights for future campaign optimization.
- Support the management of the customer marketing and offer calendar to deliver on our subscription stay and pay strategy and commercial objectives.
- Support the budget management process for campaign activity, including monthly forecasting, invoice tracking, and planning activity, monitoring performance to CPA budgets (when applicable).
- Management of 1-2 direct reports
**Who you are**
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing with experience in a similar position
- Strong project management skills with the ability to plan ahead, prioritize, and multitask and a track record of successfully managing multiple projects
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently, collaboratively, and think critically.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Data-driven and problem-solving skills with competency in systems and processes
