The Role
As a Finance Officer, you will work in a small team to support the day-to-day accounting and finance functions of the business. This role is ideal for someone who is early in their finance career or currently studying and eager to gain practical experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with accounts payable and receivable processing
* Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records
* Assist in preparing bank reconciliations and account reconciliations
* Support with payroll processing and timesheet reviews
* Help prepare and maintain spreadsheets and financial reports
* Ensure documents are filed and recorded in line with audit and compliance standards
* Provide general administrative support to the finance team

* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
* Willingness to learn and develop new skills
* A positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a small team
* Experience with accounting software is an advantage
