Manage Payroll with Confidence
The successful candidate will oversee the end-to-end payroll process, including processing, reporting, and compliance. This role is critical to our operations across ANZ.
Main Responsibilities:
* Configure payroll steps in a new system and execute them effectively.
* Maintain post-manager approval checklists for pre-payroll and post-payroll checks.
* Design and implement forms for submitting bonuses, communications, and other items.
* Process PT and group exercise payroll, extracting data from the system and presenting it to Dayforce.
* E nsure accurate and timely fortnightly and monthly pay runs.
* Manage late payroll submissions and corrections.
* Action items within the system for the Payroll Administrator prior to payroll.
* Prepare payroll submission (autopay for team members).
* Meet requirements for parallel testing and submissions, including data templates and exceptions.
Qualifications and Skills:
* A minimum of 4 years' experience in full-function Australian payroll.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Prior experience in multi-site sectors like retail or hospitality is preferred.
