As a Lead Educator, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping a nurturing and empowering workplace where educators and children alike can thrive. Working closely with an Early Childhood Teacher and a supportive Leadership team, you'll design and deliver an exceptional curriculum that fosters each child's learning and development while helping them build a strong sense of identity.

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Able to work full‐time, Monday to Friday
• In‐depth experience in leading a team within a childcare service
• Robust communication and time‐management skills
• A valid Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
• Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain
• Contribute to exceeding outcomes for children and Educators
