About The Role

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Coordinator to join a stable and long standing organisation. Supporting the wider office and the General Manager, you'll ensure the office runs smoothly, manage key admin and operations tasks, support the team, and drive workplace improvements.

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain a clean, organised, and functional office environment.
* Act as the first point of contact for visitors and guests.
* Prepare, update, and manage internal and external documents.
* Oversee IT support and ensure office technology is operational.
* Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and management schedules.
* Plan and organise team events, celebrations, and lunches.
* Provide support for Sales, supporting with orders and deliveries.
* Perform general ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements

* Previous experience in administration or office coordination.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* Expereince with Invoicing and basic accounts desirable.
* A proactive mindset with the ability to manage changing priorities.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative duties.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
* A passion for providing exceptional customer experiences.
* Must have full working rights in Australia
