Website Content Manager

The Website Content Manager is responsible for leading and managing the publishing, delivery and distribution of content across the organization's website and subscriber database. Content must be published and distributed consistently and in a timely manner to ensure a superior, visitor-first customer experience.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop the website project plan in alignment with the overarching Festival timeline.
- Maintain, update and build webpages that drive results to help meet the organisational OKRs.
- Assist the Digital Publisher where required to maintain, update and build webpages that drive results to help meet the organisational OKRs.
- Responsible for leading the briefing and development of any updates to the website design and UX components, working closely with the internal web development team and external agencies.
- Develop and implement a strategic approach, building on the existing subscriber database and increasing engagement, to drive ticket sales and build audiences.
- Develop and implement an EDM program to subscribers and support the Digital Publisher to use Marketing Cloud to build and send these EDMs, and report on their performance.
- Ensure a consistently high standard of digital content adhering to best practice accessibility and usability guidelines.
- Compile briefs and review designs to ensure they comply with brand guidelines, and ensure projects are launched on time.
- Be the point of contact for all website and EDM enquires from the Project Team, providing advice and solution to often complex and high priority requests.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including design, marketing, website development and analytics resources (internal and external) to ensure quality delivery of all briefs.
- Responsible for reporting and analysis of key digital metrics utilising Google Analytics.
**Essential Requirements**:
- Demonstration of relevant experience in managing products of a similar nature/scale.
- Experience with developing website strategies and co-ordinating the team in the delivery of an enhanced digital experience.
- Experience in Salesforce, Marketing Cloud is required (mandatory).
