We are currently seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Kurri Kurri, working full-time, Monday to Friday. Reporting to the Administration Manager, this role provides essential administrative support across multiple areas of the business and plays a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities;
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the management team
Data entry, including Accounts Receivable
Coordinate and assist with stock takes
Maintain and support NLIS requirements and livestock traceability procedures
Reception duties, including answering and directing customer inquiries
Assist with daily reporting and general office tasks
Support ad hoc administrative duties as required
