This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the efficiency of their fleet management, ensuring timely and safe deliveries across the country. CASUAL ONGOING ROLE (Full Time hours) Hours: 8:30AM-4:30AM Your Duties will include: Reviewing overspeed alerts and driver reports Collecting and filing driver diaries Preparing weekly vehicle/service cost reports Managing incident reports and toolbox sign-offs Processing regos, licenses, and purchase orders Allocating and tracking driver training modules Uploading new starter docs (medicals, licenses etc.) Creating site maps and driving plans Reporting on incidents and on-road costs Liaising weekly with internal teams What is required from you ? Previous experience in customer service and/or Administration Experience in Transport Industry highly desirable Excellent communication and organisational skills Strong computer literacy and attention to detail Strong experience with Excel - critical for the role. Available 5 days a week. Able to work from site/ Office. To be successfull, you must be willing to pass a Drug & Alcohol test as well as a Clear Police check.
