About Our Client
Our leading global mining and resource client is Australia's largest producer and supplier of seaborne metallurgical coal. With over 100 years of operation within Australia, they mine metallurgical coal across seven sites within their Queensland Operations in the Bowen Basin.
What you will be Doing
As the Accommodation Operations Officer, you will support the clients Infrastructure & Services Accommodation Leadership team by ensuring the delivery and compliance of operational processes across the Moranbah and Dysart village and housing portfolio (including third-party villages). Your responsibilities will include:
* Ensuring conformance with the clients Values, Group Level Documents, Code of Conduct and relevant statutory obligations
* Providing administrative support to the Housing Operations team in line with the Residential Housing Policy
* Conducting general office duties including ordering stationery, taking meeting minutes, front desk coverage and attending meetings
* Completing control verification (CCV) activities and reporting non-conformances
* Completing EMS field leadership entries and identifying hazards
* Conducting audits of service provisions within the accommodation portfolio
* Managing document control for Accommodation Operations controlled documents
* Maintaining and updating SharePoint, OneNote and Webex Teams sites
* Identifying and highlighting opportunities to improve office procedures and schedules
What you will need
* Demonstrated experience in administration and document control
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes and procedures
* Ability to communicate effectively and work across multiple stakeholders
* Knowledge of SharePoint, OneNote, WebEx Teams or similar systems
* Preferable (not essential) training: Field Leadership, BOS Practices, Document Control (TEMPO & D2), SAP, Code of Conduct, BMA I&S All Workers, Work Area Familiarisation (WAF)
