Who is TeamKids?
TeamKids is the premium provider of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) throughout Australia. We exist to excite, engage, and entertain children before school, after school, and during school holidays.
Job Description
This permanent, part-time opportunity offers hands-on experience in the OSHC industry. You'll be supported every step of the way by a Director of Service, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive in your role.

Dalby
Work Hours:
Split shifts, Monday to Friday: 6:30am - 9:00am and 2:15pm - 6:00pm
The Role - Ready to Grow Your Leadership?
As the Second in Charge (2IC), you'll be a key leader in delivering high-quality care and creating memorable experiences for the children in our service. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about childcare and leadership, ready to make a meaningful impact on children, parents, and the team.
Responsibilities include:
Engage with the school community, attending events and assemblies.
Assist with creating and implementing enriching experiences based on children's preferences.
Foster genuine relationships with children and their families.
Play and have fun with primary school-aged children.
Support in ensuring program compliance with industry regulations.
The Successful Candidate:
Previous experience in Before and After School Care or education is preferred but not essential — we can train you
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and maintains a fun, energetic attitude.
Confident communicator with children, parents, team members, and school principals.
Strong team player with problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
Passionate about creating enriching experiences for children.
Energetic, enthusiastic, and fun-loving
Relevant Diploma qualification (or working towards it) as per ACECQA standards.
